i can't control motion 5 title animation speed on FCPX

i made a title animation with SCALE IN behavior which is basic feature of motion5. title duration is 4:00, but when i try to make longer on FCPX, (with ripple trim) animation becomes slower. can i solve it?

Sounds like you need to add templet markers to your Motion Project. Without markers, the Title + animations are linked to the length of the clip in FCPX timeline. Adding something like "Build-in Optional " marker will maintain the Motion timing prior to marker and the clip after is controlled by the duration of clip in FCPX timeline. Likewise, adding a Build out Optional marker will play animation at Motion speed after marker and only the middle portion will change duration according to clip length changes inside FCPX.
