Pop up Book effect on FCPX

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum so apologies if this is posted in the wrong place. I've really been trying to find this effect used by a YouTuber known as Jeff Nippard.

He also underlines some of the text when making a point. Please can you guys let me know how this is done?

The video is pop-up effect of a book and a smooth transition to the next page. Can someone please direct me on where I can find this effect?

None of that is very difficult, actually. But you need to learn the basics of compositing. Place an image of the book page on top of your main video. Use the controls in the Inspector to shrink it, position it, etc. Keyframes help move from one size/position/opacity to another. Drawing simple shapes and using opacity and keyframing size, shape, etc. can be used to highlight things.
