Draw mask problem

I have been using frozen 10.4.4 for a while and this problem has just recently started happening. I will screenshot a frame to draw mask around a person, or even if I draw mask on a video and move the control points, once I finalize the selection and go to play it back the draw mask crops the image into a small box and when I export it looks the same, crops the image and ruins the whole effect. If anyone knows what’s happening I would really appreciate the feedback, thanks

Do you have any Ken Burns effects going on? Ken Burns loves to do this unless you treat it a certain way. How about compound clips? They can sometimes get a little dicey as well.
