Audiowaveforms have been replaced with black was created by Cinexa
My audio waveforms are no longer visible n matter what I do. the track is there but nothing but black. Even if I detach audio, there is no waveform to view. Any suggestions? FCPx 10.4.7/Mojave 14.6/Macbook Pro

Choose the Library, go to the File menu, to Delte All Generated Library Files.
Delete ALL render files.
Relaunch.
If that doesn't fix it, hold Option+Command together while launching FCPX to delete all preference files.

I also had the same problem and it was solved by deleting All Generated Library Files and Render files and relaunching it.
