Is it possible to keep metadata transferring to Premiere or Avid?

I've been working on a project for a while and am going to hand if off to an editor. I work in FCP X. The editor does not. I've spent too much time keywording and metadating the footage. If I use a program to transfer it to Avid or Premiere, will all that data get lost? I'm guessing so but just checking.

It will keep what those apps support. It may not be everything, but you won't lose everything. Xto7 is the app, I think.
