opening FCP X. library from another user I on the same Mac problem

HI
I created a new editor user on my macpro 2013 ( os 10.13.6). for external editors working in mystudio.
the library is located on an external thunderbolt RAID (permission set to Read/ Write for everyone )
we edit the program on that user account .........all fine
now I wanted to open th library. on my standard admin account because I would like to have access to som other
software presets, and I get "this library is corrupted) .. it Does open , But all the projects are missing !! and some files are offline ?
what am i missing ? is there another "rights issue " ? ( FCPX 10.4.6)
the library, the folder its in., all have " read & write permissions "
