FilmConvert Pro was created by JonathanShinn
I have a Macbook Air running macOS Catalina 10.15.1 and bought the Film Convert pro plug in for FCPX.
Full Spec:
MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2018)
Processor 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
Memory 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
When the laptop attempts to go to sleep while rendering the whole laptop crashes and restarts. I really like Film Convert Pro film emulation software but I've now uninstalled it and the crashes have stopped. Has anyone else used Film Convert Pro with a macbook Air?

Haven't used with an Air but with MacBook Pro and Hackintosh without issues.
The new FilmConvert Nitrate should come for FCPX early next year, so hopefully that will fix it if nothing else!
