Finding Folders on Desktop was created by Graham Easton
Hi
Since the latest update to Catalina 10.15.1 and Final cut Prox 10.4.7 my iMac no longer sees folders on my desktop when importing media. Instead it shows the files within the folders making it difficult to collect assets in a folder prior to editing. see attachment.
However on my Macbook using the seams and software the folders are visible on the desktop when importing assets into a project.
Can anyone help?

Good news
Cleared all video and photo related folders from desktop and then restarted computer. Reinstalled a number of folders back to desktop and now the import media works as it did before the updates.
