Be sure you have the latest update of that effect. Also, contact support@colorfinale.com and let them know about the issue. They should be able to solve that quickly.

I've found ColorFinale support to be a joke at best. At worst, no followup or communication for an issue that Ive had for over 3 months. I simply gave up and moved on.

At times l have to re-run that CF configurator app thing to get things right again. And after running sometimes the updated CF app doesn't jive with older FCP projects. That's the very reason l have something like 7 different version of FCP apps I can use to open the xml files I exported from my projects after they're finished and have my CF renders where they're expected to be.
