FCP reading my 59.94fps as 60 was created by mgmartino
II have a project I brought into logic to work on the audio SFX and Score.
it is 59.94fps, So I set it to that in the Logic Project.
However. when I brought the audio into FCPX the audio started to get more out of sync as the project went on
So I exported the mov and sound together from Logic. at 59.94fps to import back into FCPX and literally go frame by frame to make sure the cuts were in sync. And they stay in sync for like the first couple and then become off by a frame or two as video progresses. I noticed when I import this mov into FCPX it is reading it as 60fps instead of 59.94. Even though the mov is def 59.94. I doubled checked it in Quicktime and on that it reads it properly at 59.94...What is happening?
