I would like to change color from red to white. Using Hue vs Hue I can change it to any others colors, but I cant set white color. Thank you for answer what's best way to do this (or maybe any good plugin for this?)

No, no, not for white. Remove all your color corrections. If you want to colorize white...
Effects > Color > Colorize
If it's a shade (there's a few) that you can't get dark enough, THEN go to the Color Wheels. Try lowering either the Master, Mids or Shadows "Brightness" level.
I usually can dial in exactly what I want that way.
