6 point star transition was created by sportsnapper
Hi,
Very new to FCPX. However I have put a short video together for a web site. I've used the 5 point star transition, but really need this to be 6 points. I can't edit the transition as it's not created in motion. Has anyone got/can make, a similar transition with a 6 point star (or even choice of no of points??)
TIA
regards
Gareth

It's not immediately obvious on FCP X but select your default 5 point
star wipe and open the inspector. There are two control handles visible
one for rotation and one that controls the number of points.
Have fun!

Perfect.
All fixed now - just a quick (!) re-render and hopefully my client will be happy.
I thought there must be a way of adjusting the number of points, but I was looking in the inspector, not at the handles in the preview window.
Thanks very much.
