Project issues with export and library

I have a project that I have been working on for a week without issue. I have done 5 exports for review and haven't had a problem. I try and share and I get this error:
The share operation "Vimeo" has failed. the operation could not be completed. Thanks, Apple for the informative error message! If I try and export a master file a 300k file gets created but its empty.
when I am looking at the Library. It says I have 3 projects but will only show two(in thumbnail mode) I can't see the project that I am having a problem with. If I go to list view I can the project and open it.

I have reset preferences and deleted generated content but neither has allowed me to export. :S
What can I do to fix this situation?

Could you post a screenshot in list view that shows the three projects? What version and OS are you using?

I created a test project that's why there are 4 now but the same project is missing. Says 4 projects. I have attached a screenshot of that and of the list view which you can see the 4 projects. The project with the issue says that the file has no duration. Put I have it open and its 2 minutes long.
