Have been asked to create a DVD - too sophisticated for FCPX DVD creation and Toast. Need the custom menu power of DVD studio pro. I can get my hands on an old iMac running 10.4 but can't seem to find a copy DVDSP anywhere. Any tips?

Does Adobe still have Encore for doing DVDs?

Try eBaby, too. Lots of copies for sale there.
