360 Callouts? was created by dmetz

I'm working on some 360 videos, and want to label several items in a few shots

Ideally, I'm thinking something like Ripple's Callouts. I don't really need the animation aspect, but flat .png files aren't behaving as expected, and I can't seem to find anything canned that works properly.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any suggestions!
