Final Cut Pro recovering too long

Good day to all, so while I was opening my laptop and my Final cut pro, the application suddenly says that my files were damaged as in everything in my library. my previous works were damaged as well, such as the pictures and videos had a red missing file icon, but I don't bother losing those, but the one thing that I only need is to recover my latest work, but the compound files and everything was grey, and when I try to recover it in most of the dates given, it suddenly recovers and loads very slow on my latest project, I've waited days for the recovery to be done but nothing happened. I tried most of the different time dates for recovery but nothing works, what should I do in order to recover my latest project? I hope there is a solution for this, (By the way, my storage was almost full that time)
