Select a clip with no animation and copy attributes, select all clips in project and paste audio volume attributes.
All automation is gone.

Select the clips. Modify>Adjust Volume>Reset

Or just select all your clips, Edit > Remove Attributes (Shift-Cmd-X). Not sure why you have to copy anything.
