Waveform on clips is very thin was created by Stirdaddy

Something changed on the timeline . I have two video clips. In the bottom clip (see attached screenshots), the waveform appears as normal. In the top clip, however, the waveform has shrunk to a thin strip, even when the volume of the clip is all the way up, one can barely see the waveform. I tried adjusting the size of the clips using the little button to the right, but it didn't help.

Help!
