Problems with exporting MXF and separate audio tracks.

I want to export MXF with separate audio tracks. Using compressor doesn't work. When I use audio roles in the Masterfile and change masterful to MXF I do have separate audiofiles, however when I trie to play the video in VLC I don't see video, but I do have separate audio files. When I play the movie in Quicktime, I do have video but not separate audio files.
What went wrong??
