This is probably a real dummy question and there must be existing tutorials for it. Please point me in the right direction.
I've shot a 2 hr event of 9 people in a round table discussion, using 3 different Sony camcorders. Audio was handled by 2x Zoom F8 and we had 8 wireless Lavs going into one F8 with auto mix being then fed to the external audio input on Camera 1. 2nd F8 had the MC using a Rode Reporter mic and 2 backup mics.
My question is from a lack of understanding in multicam workflow. I've created a multicam clip using 3 cameras + the MC's Reporter mic audio using sync on audio. Then I did the cutting between cameras and audio. This is all fine so far.
Now I thought I could go back to the original clips and make adjustments, such as color or audio, and I was expecting these changes to then show up in the multicam edit, but not so. I can quite easily cut the sound to zero or change the color in a camera's clip without this change making any difference to the multicam version!
So how can I make "global" correction to say Camera 2, so that every time the multicam edit selects Camera 2 the correction is applied? Ditto for sound.
Thanks in advance...

For global corrections in an MC, they must be done in the Angle Editor, applies to both audio and video.

So I open the MC - not the Project, which has the MC.
I select Camera 2, and open colour wheels and make a huge change (reduce saturation to 0, i.e. Black & White).
I now open the Project with the MC in it, but don't see the change on the parts where I have selected Camera 2.
Clearly I am doing something wrong! Your help will be appreciated...

I think I found my error. I had a Snapshot for backup, which I believe freezes the changes.
