Make real time look like slow motion?

Hello!

I am wondering if there is a way to make real time footage look a bit more like slowmotion footage, still keeping it in 100% speed, real time.
Just as a cool effect for music video for example with footage of people singing the lyrics, thats already been recorded regularly and not in double speed for example.
Guess I'm looking for an effect or combination of effects or frame rate settings or plugin

That visual trick is done in the camera, not in post. You playback the song at 2X speed and have the signers sing along at that faster speed, while recording normal speed. Then slow it down in post. I'm not aware of any way to do that in post. Maybe double the speed in a Timeline, export it, then reimport it? Still, that won't have the organic feel/look you're going for.
