Proxies Unlinked

Hi Everyone. New to the forum. I'm editing a feature film and got a message that my library was damaged. So, I turned to a backup. When I opened the backup, all the proxies are missing. This is a huge file and it took a very long time to create the proxies to begin with. Is there a way for me to relink all these proxies so I don't have to transcode them all again? Thanks.
