Corrupt Project goes missing after FCPX crashed

Hello, I was just finishing up a wedding Video and throughout editing I kept getting the colored spinning wheel and I would have to force quit Final Cut. After a few times, when I opened FCPX It would say that the project is corrupt but it was fine to edit so I just kept editing until the last time it crashed, when I reopened, it was gone. When I click on the event, all the clips and audio is there but no project. I even tried to use the backup file but there was only a backup from when I first had started the edit and has basically nothing.

I really don't have time to start from scratch so is there ANY way to recover the project ???
I am using a 2015 Mac Book Pro with a 5 TB external hard-drive. The hard drive only has 15gb left on it
