timer clock plugin ideas? pay or free

Dear group, I'm working on a video for a hospital and I'm in need of a clock effect in some clips I only need it to show 2.5 hours 1 hour etc and in one section I wouldn't mind having the clock speed up as it counts down.

I've only seen two pay versions one from pixel studios and one from stupid raisins out of all of their offerings I only like one from each. Wondering if anyone can lead me to other plugins free or pay. I created my own but it's a little basic maybe I can add something but a little busy now. I am looking for something modern prefer a circular shape as i have a lot of text on this video due to explaining... (tech video)

Not sure exactly what you require for your clock - but I use this Clock plugin from BretFX. It's pretty cool.

That's who I went with plus!!!! Bret is a very cool, he is actually rewriting the software so it will go backwards or count down for me, he also mentioned 10.14 messed up his code so he's fixing that as well. Awesome guy and I don't have to deal fxfac.... who I dislike....

That's good news. I really Bret's stuff too. I'll keep an eye out for his revised Clock plugin.
