Locate playhead when really zoomed in

I'm sure this is a noob question but I was really zoomed in on the timeline doing audio work and I did a horizontal scroll. Naturally I went to a completely different place in the timeline. I could zoom back out, find the playhead, then zoom back in or try to move more slowly, but is there a keyboard shortcut to quickly navigate directly to where the playhead is?

Happy to read a solution if one already exists, I just couldn't find it.

thanks!

just press one of the arrow keys… left or right

(go back instantly if you want precise (re)location

It's the little things. Thanks!
