Mixing 50 p and 60p clips was created by Makki
I always shoot my movies with my JVC videocamera with 50 p. Now I want compact camera Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II as a second camera. But only shhots in 60p. I live in PAL land. Can I mix 50 p and 60 p in the same timeline in FCPX ? The still camera shoots in H-264 format I think.

according to the Manual of your cam, pg#170 you can switch btw. NTSC (60) and PAL (50)…
And you should:
recording in 60fps with artificial lights 50Hz,, esp. LED lamps, can, depending on shutter speeds, cause all sorts of issues (flicker, 'bands') …

haha, too kind!
<Yoda voice> … my google-fu strong is.-
And a bit more serious: 30fps/Hz is just in US and Japan a standard … 'rest of the world' is 25 … so, there had to be some switch…

Technically it's wider spread than the US and Japan. Just for fun, that is.

But yeah, what Karsten said about shooting, will save headaches in post.
