Import Vimeo Review Page CSV

Is there third party software that can take the CSV created from the timecoded notes on a Vimeo Review Page and convert them into to-do or chapter markers in FCPX? If not that specific, is there third party software that can convert ANY CSV into markers? I thought this would be an easy thing to search for, but I'm coming up with nothing.

Shot Notes X seems the closest, but it looks like it only imports CSV data at the clip level. I'm looking for something at the timeline level. Or is this just not currently possible? Thanks.

Unfortunately I haven't used the Vimeo review but if frame specific notes are a major part of your workflow check out Frame.io. You can do exactly what you're asking, plus if you break apart the clip items once the notes are imported you can have them move with the timeline as you make your edits (and you can set the markers to To-Do items which you can check off as you go along which is always satisfying). Anyway, it's worth checking out if it's an option for you. Cheers!

I will second Frame.IO. The export of notes to FCPX is accurate and easy.

You could experiment with this now free software :
markx.gusev.tv/en/index.html
It was reviewed here:
www.fcp.co/final-cut-pro/news/1621-impor...into-final-cut-pro-x

You could save the csv to text or maybe the actual version does relate directly Vimeo format...
it is free to try and use, you can also donate.
