Hi,
just wondering what is the best way to save a file so it can play in Germany.
The file is 29,97 NTSC.
I have no idea on what it will be presented.
Probably a TV from a computer.
If it is streamed from Vimeo I presume it can play anywhere.
Thanks

Export to ProRes 422, upload to Vimeo, you're done.

The different framerate used here has to do with the power currency of 50 Hz. It’s important to record in 25p/50p if you want to avoid flickering lights asf. in the background. Every other obstacles (old TVs) are of no more relevance. Don’t convert your video! Because in rare cases it can be the other way around. Some MODERN TVs will accept videos on a USB stick in 25/50 only when flagged “as” PSF.

Thanks to both.
Hopefully they will have an internet connection.
