Captions not showing all text

Has anyone else run into an issue while creating captions where text is being truncated? I've attached a clip showing what I'm talking about. I tried deleting the caption and re-entering as well as changing the length of the caption. There weren't any red flags (overlaps). All other captions worked fine, making this seem like a bug.

My workaround : create a very short caption, then resume normal length captions. Of course, this is not easy on the reader.

Generally, it does on my end as well. I don't know what the circumstances were that caused the problem in this project...and only in 2 captions. Just wanted to get it out there b/c someone else must have run into it.
