Exporting Compressed Files with Roles

Exporting Compressed Files with Roles was created by Finbo
Occasionally I need to ftp a compressed edited file, ideally with roles, due to slow internet speed on location.
The item is filmed and edited in HD 422 XDCam.
I may be answering my own question...but as far as I can see if I Share the item to my desktop, a H264 file with Roles is about my only option to compress it.
I have set up more compressed presets (H264 10 & 15mbps) available under Share, but I don't appear to be able to use Roles on these when I export.
As far as I can see, I would have to go through a 2 stage workflow of exporting the file to desktop as a H264 file with Roles and then use Compressor to reduce its size further which would keep the mono audio set up I have in Roles intact.
This maybe ok, but sometimes time is very tight.
If I only want a 1 stage process, I have to dispense with Roles and basically pan the relevant audio left and right manually for it to work.
Is this correct?
Thanks
