F14 & F15 Keys was created by stopedog

How can I map shortcuts to F14 & F15 in FCPX on my extended keyboard? I've looked through the system preferences under keyboard and don't have anything assigned to these keys. FCPX says they are “System Reserved.“ I would love to assign something to them. Is there a solution? Maybe something like Karabiner or Better Touch Tool?
