Hello there. The situation is complicated. I had some long video clips in my project which I already cut for hundreds of small ones and mixed them up in the timeline. Now the task is to apply color corrections for all of them - but they will be the same for each source clip. I tried to apply the corrections to source clips in the browser - doesn't work. Any ideas?

Apply the effect to one clip. Copy it. Use the timeline index to find all the other clips with the same name. Select them in the index and use paste attributes.
