10.4.1 won't create DVD's with chapters

Not sure if i'm missing something, but wasn't I suppose to be able to burn a DVD in FCPX and simply make chapter markers on my timeline, and burn it and it'll create chapter markers throughout the dvd?

I have like 20+ chapter markers and every time i burn the dvd (i'm just making a disc image), it does not create chapter markers to jump around to, or even skip to the next chapter.

They work for me when creating the DVD from FCPX or when importing a master file to Compressor and using the "Create Disc" option. I haven't tried by using a disk image so maybe the chapters are not carrying thru to a burn that way.
