notes & logging export tool was created by tedtv
Anyone know of a plugin that will take all of my notes, or marker input text, and export all the info as a text file?

The best software for this purpose is
intelligentassistance.com/producer-s-best-friend.html
if you mean exporting your infos from FCPX
and for the other way around infos and shooting notes it would be
itunes.apple.com/us/app/shot-notes-x/id853468135?mt=12

I can only agree, nice Apps to have.
Just a small warning shot notes, it will ignore the three digit rule. For example if you have 001 marked it will translate it in the FCPX as 1.
