huge keyboard shortcut Bug when switching from timeline to browsing panel? was created by evan.monheit
Is anyone else experiencing a horrible bug (fcpx 10.4, high sierra, latest version) when using CMD 1 (or match frame SHFT F) to switch from timeline to the Browsing panel, and then pressing spacebar to play only results in the clip playing, but you can't stop it with spacebar again? It won't work unless I actually click the mouse in the browser window.
When I use those keyboard shortcuts, the clip will play, but the viewer doesn't play the visual footage, only the audio plays. I also can't use spacebar to stop the clip, although "k" works. I am able still select ranges and bring footage down to the timeline with E or W, etc...
I've tried this both on my laptop and my desktop and same issue. Anyone else seeing this?
