New to the forum, but I've read here a lot previously (lurker).
I have a project I need help on. I'm using fcpx and would be open to purchasing a reasonably priced plugin if there is one that works.
Basically, I have a 12 minute interview with my kids about a trip they took with their grandparents. I am creating a video and would like to keep the kids' interview as the primary image, but move and rotate other images in the other parts of the screen - (i.e., going through the images from the trip that match what they are talking about.)
I cannot find a good plugin or method that allows me to keep a single video on the screen the whole time, while rotating other images (changing at different times). I really do not want to break up my interview clips every time I want to change one of the other images.
My apologies as I'm still somewhat a novice, but any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. This is hopefully going to be a Christmas gift.
Thank You Gurus!

Welcome, Andrew, to fcp.co
just drag the inserts 'above' the interview in a secondary. Apply with the Transform tool and Keyframes resize, rotation, moving et al.
wow, just 48h and go!!!
… which reminds me …arghgh!!
