Apply color from previous clip doesn't work? was created by moonpost
[strike]Am I maybe doing something wrong or does the "Apply color from previous clip" command not work in 10.4? I have tried assigning three different available keyboard commands to it and it just does nothing at all with any of them. I have the clip selected, the previous clip has a color grade...[/strike]
Ok, if you have clips on the primary storyline then the "Apply color from previous clip" command will work fine, but if your clips are on the secondary, they don't?? Is that how this command is supposed to work?

No, that should work. I can apply the correction from the previous clip in a secondary storyline. I can't from a separate connected clip.

ok, confirmed: if your two clips are in a Storyline above the primary, then the Apply Color command does work fine. If you just have two connected clips above the primary, then the command does not function at all.
