Ghost audio plugins

after installing 10.4, got this window at start-up

already erased the com.apple.audio.infoHelpier.plist file from my user library, but this alert still comes up.

amyone else had this ghostly experience ?

... and now ... sorry for this tiny off topic question :

does anyone know some good replacement for Coremelt's V2 Godrays transition overlay effect ???
it's been "sick" since 10.3.x and now it's been killed by 10.4.

thanks for any nice suggestion

In the meantime, just solved the ghost part.

In my audio plugin folder were "empty" files from Melda that were not taken off the grid after an uninstall routine. it'sgood to have the time & date column in the finder that really catches the attention of the beholder ....

but on the video side, still looking for some nice "godly" rays !

First, please contact Coremelt tech support and ask about why their Godrays is not working. I know they like to keep things working.

After cruising through my effects (I need to trash a ton of stuff I never use) here's what I found:
TrackX - Voumetric Rays
MotionVFX - mVolumetric
SUGARfx Luminaire - Dazzle Rays
XEffects - Color Rays

I did go and play with CoreMelt's Godrays and it is working pretty well for me. Be sure you have the latest versions of their stuff. I know the past 12 months they've tweaked a lot of their plugins to remain compatible, and more recently with FCPX 10.4 and macOS 10.13. So I hope you do contact their tech support and find out what's up. It's an awesome rays plugin.

Thank you Ben,

Had to re-download Coremelt's FREE bundle. Got back my Godrays, in excellent condition.

Coremelt has so often good surprises on hand. A lot of efficient plugs. Me Happy ....
