Multiple colours in one title

Multiple colours in one title was created by peterlax
Hi all,
I've looked through the forum and online and I can't see how to do this (probablyt because it's so obvious it doesn't need explaining, but....). I've got a basic three word title and I'm trying to change the colour of the second and third words (e.g. first word in white, second in red, third in blue). I can't find a way of changing the colour of one word at a time - do I have to create separate titles for each word or is there something really obvious I'm missing?
Thanks,
Pete

Select the letters of the second word and change the color. Then select the letters of the third word. Select the letters as you would text in a document by dragging through them.

All templates should do this.

Thanks Tom,
I'd tried doing this both in the title inspector and on the main viewer but every time I highlight and change one word, all of the text changes rather than just one colour. Then I realised I was changing the master colour, rather than using the colour selection tool in the text inspector face section....
Never mind - fixed now thanks for the help!
Cheers,
Pete

In any case you have problems with "1 entry" text: write your text in TextEdit (in rtf mode), do style and color there, copy and paste it into the text box in FCP's viewer window.
