Shot some video yesterday with the Canon XF100. Just one cam.
When opening FCPX 10.3.4 it keeps telling me 'What's new....'. Than there are no libraries visible/connected. Have to connect them several times.
Shut everything down, iMac included (Sierra 10.13.1, Retina 5k, late 2015. 3.3 ghz, 32 GB RAM. Edit on external SSD's).
After a couple of times repeating this, the message 'What's new.....' is gone. Libraries are connected now.I can see the files on the SD-card. Importing files from the SD-card failed. Error message (see attachment). At the 'Media Import' screen, I can't replay the files. The replay window shows a black screen. The thumbs though show the real footage.
Took another disk, new library. Same problems. Put the SD card back in the cam: footage runs fine.
Any help would be appreciated!
