Sharing a Library but not the media. was created by cog2803
So, I have a library which contains media that was imported into the library - not "leave in place".
The media that I have is an exact copy of the media that another editor has - in fact, it's the media that the other editor originally provided.
If I wanted to share that library with that editor in another location and not include the media, would I just make a copy of the Library, then delete the media from that library and send the new library sans media to the other editor?
Obviously, the best process would have been when the library was first created it would have been better to have "left media in place" when it was added to the library but the need to share the Library in the future was not known at that time
Thanks.

Obviously you have to get the media out of the library (media management methodology) ...
