So, I see that custom Keyboards setups and Workspace layouts are saved in USER/Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro within the folders Command Sets and Workspaces. I did note that the folder Command Sets does appear to exist until a custom keyboard layout is created.
Is it correct that these folders could be copied to a flash drive and then copied back into a new installation or reinstallation?
Thanks.

Good to know - on a slightly related topic,iIn the Share section, when you modify the list by adding or deleting destinations, is that saved somewhere too - so that they could be copied to a flash drive and added back to a new installation or reinstallation?

That's saved in a Destination preference in the user library. Don't know if it's transferable. Try it.
