Copy Draw Mask failure

I am copying some animated Draw Masks from clips to others.

Problem: the Control Points keyframes are reported but not the Transforms keyframes (from the Effect tab)

Whether I use "Paste Effects" or "Paste Atributes" With Keyframe Timing "Maintain" or Stretch to fit

weird and a bummer !

Post a screenshot of what you have checked in Paste Attributes.

This is 10.3.4?

Checking is right (and doesn't matter, the same happens )

Can't reproduce this with the same version in HS, though I don't think the OS should matter.

trashed prefs,, new library, new project... the same
and FcpX won't "replace media" with relink (in that case)
anyway...

tricky workaround ! (if anybody has the same problem in the futur and ends up here)

created with Threshold Filter a total opacity onTimeline duplicates of the clip holders of the animated masks, so I had a empty surface (checkerboard) moving on the black canvas

connected to image A so I had a empty surface moving on the image (a "hole" to chekerboard )
Compound Clip of both, connected to image B and Silhouette Alpha on the Compound Clip

I have enabled threshold filter on the copied clip, but I can't make adjustments to get a checkerboard on the black canvas? What am I missing? I would be SO grateful for your help.

Hi, I just had the same problem. It appeared that the resolution of the clips were different: 4K and HD. After fixing that, everything worked as expected.
