Chromatic Plugin performance

I've been using both Color Finale and Chromatic for color grading, but Chromatic seems to need much more time to render than Color finale. I'm using a macbook pro 2,3 ghz late 2013 with 16gb RAM, and 2gb VRAM. Just wondering if this is happening also to others or is just my config. Yesterday I was working with 4k clips and some titles, and the clips that were graded with chromatic took a massive amount of time to render.

Between the beta test team, aside from the late 2013 Mac Pro, we found Chromatic was faster, or as fast as Color Finale. I know that Coremelt will have an update or two coming that will also increase performance. This is a fledgling add-on, and there's lots that will be done and added over time.
