So applying the VLog LUT in CFP didn't do much after all. In fact now I keep getting out of application memory errors and/or the computer needs to be hard rebooted. The footage is 90% 1080p 30p prores footage in a 30p timeline. There is a small amount of 4k GH5 footage (downsampled and converted to prores) and some GH5 1080p footage. Some at 180fps also converted to ProRes. Should run butter smooth. Editing was painful and many times I would run out of undos. It just wouldn't respond d and I would lose saved work and have to redo it.

I copied one episode into another project then used remove attributes to take CFP out of the picture. Then used Apple colour tools and applied the one VLog LUT to the clips via the browser. Runs smooth as melted butter.

Still no word from support.

I have unistalled ColorFinal and downloaded the trial. My version is now 1.7.3, but I still have the old vector adjustment with six colors. to adjust Hue / Saturation, etc.

At my work I also installed a trial version, but it has the new Hue / Sat adjustments.

When I installed the trial on my own computer, I have not been asked to write my license code. It feels like i still have the my old version (1.6.5) , just with new numbers (1.7.3)

Can you help me get updated to the new Hue / Sat adjustments.
