Can anyone think of a quick way to locate all 48 kHz audio in a project? I need to convert all the non 48 kHz before our mix and before I get a list via XML and replace each one individually I though maybe someone had an easier way to do it. What about converting the managed media? Would it automatically relink or would this cause problems?

At a minimum I just need a list of everything that's not 48 kHz in my project.

You'd have to relink or re-edit that stuff in after conversion. Why convert it, anyway? Just curious.

Make a Smart Collection using "Used Media" and perhaps audio sample rate includes 48. Be sure that timeline is active.

Done.

Ahh good idea (didn't know I could add "used media" as a criteria in the smart collection. Since i'm actually looking for all the non-48k media I will make it "does not" include 48.

If the mix was being done in protools or if I was editing in avid this would not be a problem (in avid you can convert the sample rate of everything in a sequence, and protools can convert on input). But the mix is being done in Nuendo and they tell me they need everything 48k in the AAF I'm sending (via X2PRO).
