MXF LUT automatically corrected in FCPX? was created by Suzero
Hi I am trying to workl out what's going on with some of my shots. They are MXFs recorded on SONY F7.
In Finder they look flat (as LUT shots usually do before correction). However, the moment I import into FCPX the picture is over-exposed. There are no color corrections on the shot or anything.
Can anyone tell me what might be happening. On a tight schedule here
Thanks in advance.

THe standard LUT is being applied automatically. If you don’t want it select the clips and switch it off in Settings in the Info inspector.
