Adding music to the DVD menu was created by ruth.antrich
I would like to add a loop of music to play while a still photo is shown behind the Chapter Menus before the viewer plays my DVD. I have FCPX 10.3.2 How do I set that up?

in short: You can't …
anything beyond a static background asks for a 'real' dVD authoring tool, several options:
• Toast from Roxio, $$$
• MyDVDPro from Corel (cheaper than Toast)
• iDVD … if you own an older Mac, you should find on its installer disks iLIfe, containing iDVD. Still unsurpassed in convenience… do a 'custom' install of just that app, and all options at hand.
