FCPX not found by Spotlight-Search

I don't know what I have done wrong but since the last FCPX-Update the App is not found by Spotlight anymore (Shortcut Cmd + Space). Typing in "Final Cut" only presents "Final Cut Library Manager" from the Applications-folder and some other documents containing that text.
Does anyone noticed that behavior too?
The App is there, I can open it in the Finder and use it without problems. Every other App I tried is found by Spotlight (including Motion, Compressor...) only FCPX is not...

I never use that function, but tested just now out of curiosity. And nope, FCPX app is not listed. But then, I am typing titles of several apps, and apps themselves just don't get list. And yes, I have Applications checked off to be included in the System Preferences for Spotlight. Very curious...

can not confirm that behaviour:
cmd-space pops-up Spotlight, typing "fina" brings up instantly Final Cut Pro…

maybe, Spotlight needs a lil' slap on the backhead?

Yes it did! Thank you Karsten, this solved the issue. Now I'm back to saving 0.2 Seconds each time I open FCPX

put FCPX in your start-up-items and toggle to it by cmd-tab = 0.17secs … :silly:
