Hi
Since I updated compressor 4.3.2 my macpro 2103 only uses 6 of the 12 cores when I transcode a prores movie into H264.
The settings, "allow job segmenting" is greyed and I cant turn it on.
Transcoding to h264 is now very slow

Welcome to the forums.
In 4.3.2 job segmenting is only available for ProRes encoding. This is a bug you should report to Apple. In the meantime please revert to the previous version of Compressor.
